All our Passive Houses go through an extremely rigorous set of calculations early in the design process to prove that they will meet the tough standards for amount of energy required, and will stay within the allowed comfortable temperatures
Passive Houses need extra management and control while they are being constructed. We would stay involved throughout the construction process to help ensure that the building meets all its targets.
Our Passive Houses all undergo extra design to absolutely ensure that heat won’t be lost through the building fabric. We will also specify special Passivhaus certified windows, doors and mechanical ventilation where it is necessary to meet the standards.
